The core to these machine-assembled padded rails is made entirely of 7/16" wafer board
It is then wrapped in 3/4" of flame retardant foam and covered with slate fabric
The outside height measurement to these rail caps is 1 5/8" down the side of your waterbed frame
This standard set of padded rails covers both side rails and the foot of your waterbed
As an added feature to this set of rails, there are two upholstered corners that help enhance the look of your rail caps and allow you a place to sit at the foot of your bed
